"Varna Sklad" JSC + HPP

The Varna warehouse was designed and built by Us, located on an area of 19,683 sq.m. The total area of the covered warehouses is 9,670 sq.m. The existing building stock is modern and functionally distributed, as well as energy assured. It is suitable for storing all kinds of goods. The storage areas are 9 meters high, Bilo elevation and with TIR approaches. The infrastructure of the base meets modern requirements - it is equipped with an asphalt pavement, an automatic traffic control system has been built, parking spaces for employees and customers have been allocated. In addition, ≈ 545 solar panels are located on a roof area of ≈ 2,400 sq/m. with total generated energy 300 kW/h.
